St John's Canada Nov 12 2012 A 24 year old man is awaiting the pleasure of the courtsafter allegedly threatening a security officer at a St John's Shopping mall. He was arrested atabout 6:00 last evening and charged with uttering threats and breach of courtorders.  The Constabulary also nabbed a couple of of people formotoring offences. One man was charged with driving while prohibited, drivingan unregistered vehicle, and operating a vehicle without insurance. Subsequentinvestigation showed he owes almost 25 hundred dollars in unpaid fines. Thevehicle was impounded. Another man has been charged with driving whileprohibited, having no insurance, failure to transfer ownership and failure toregister the vehicle. That vehicle was also impounded.
